The first two homes are expected in December of 2026.

Talon Village will include gated entry, two pickleball courts, a clubhouse, gazebo, and it is adjacent to a new city park and playground. The clubhouse and pickleball courts are now under construction and will be complete by the end of 2026. See soon to be published "Community and Amenities" section of the FAQ for more information.

Expected pricing to start at $180,000 for 1 bedroom homes and $235,000 for 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom houses.

Talon Village is open to all! There are no age restrictions at Talon Village, and we are an Equal Housing Opportunity community.

Talon Village is designed as a primary owner community. Per zoning and covenants, no short term or long term rentals are allowed. This does not preclude roommates, though the primary owner must occupy the property. See the soon to be published "HOA and ARC Rules" section of the FAQ for more information.
